The local chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship® (CEF®) has been reaching
children for Christ in this area for 58 years. Under the leadership of Dale
Baer, the Local Director of the MARCK Chapter, the Local Committee has been led
by the Lord to establish a goal of having a
Our Purpose Statement is to
evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ,
disciple them in the Word of God, and establish them in Bible believing
churches for Christian living. Through the Good News Clubs®, summer 5-Day
Clubs®, Fair Ministry, Party Clubs and other events, we are reaching thousands
of boys and girls in the five county area.
Over 80% of these children are un-churched. In partnership with the local
churches, CEF offers
TRAINING, EVANGELISM and DISCIPLESHIP.
By partnering with CEF, together we
can evangelize children, disciple them and teach them Christian living skills in
local Bible believing churches.
This past year the Lord enabled us to reach almost 5,000 children with the
Gospel and we rejoiced as we witnessed 550 give their hearts to Christ. We feel
burdened with a sense of urgency
to reach many more children.
